The Gratitude Sesh
Yesterday I dropped everything and did an exercise that gave me more peace than anything I have ever done before.
I call it, “The Gratitude Sesh”.
Here’s exactly what I did:
1️⃣ Opened a blank sheet in my notebook
2️⃣ Got away from my normal space (i.e. went outside)
3️⃣ Listed these categories: Family, Spiritual, Physical, Mental, Intellectual, Social, Financial, Career
4️⃣ Sat there with the blank page
5️⃣ Wrote what I was grateful for in each category
6️⃣ Kept writing until I couldn’t anymore
