10 Sunday Questions That 10x My Week

Over the years, I’ve experimented with dozens of planning systems, morning routines, and productivity hacks. Some worked. Some didn’t. But one thing has consistently made a massive difference in how my week unfolds:

Asking myself the right questions every Sunday.

These 10 questions aren't just about time management or productivity. They help me align my actions with my values, focus my energy, and prime myself for momentum—not just motion.

Here they are:

1. What is one thing I can simplify this week?
Simplicity creates space. Whether it’s decluttering your calendar, streamlining a process, or eliminating a task altogether—clarity comes when you remove what’s unnecessary. Less noise = more focus.

2. What is one thing I can delegate this week?
You don’t have to do it all. What can someone else handle that frees you up to focus on what only you can do? Delegation isn’t laziness—it’s leadership.

3. What is one potential obstacle I can proactively minimize?
Anticipate the bumps before they become roadblocks. Is there a conversation you’ve been avoiding? A deadline you can prep for earlier? This one question has saved me from countless avoidable headaches.

4. What is one opportunity I can maximize?
Opportunities are everywhere, but only if you're looking. Is there a moment to collaborate, pitch, or show up fully that could change the trajectory of your week?

5. Who can I connect with to further their vision?
Business and life are built on relationships. Asking how you can help someone else succeed is a powerful mindset shift that creates goodwill, trust, and opportunity. Give first.

6. Who can I connect with to further my vision?
You don’t have to go it alone. Is there someone you should reach out to—an advisor, peer, mentor, or potential partner—who could help you take the next step?

7. Am I spending enough time with those I love?
At the end of the day, success without connection feels hollow. This one keeps me grounded. The calendar reflects what we value—make sure it includes the people who matter most.

8. How can I be more grateful?
Gratitude shifts everything. It doesn’t mean you ignore challenges—it means you choose to acknowledge the good. This question recalibrates my mindset before the week begins.

9. Do I have time blocked off this week to take care of me?
Whether it’s rest, exercise, creativity, or quiet, you can't pour from an empty cup. Protect your energy like it's your most valuable asset—because it is.

10. Am I happy with how I am living my life?
This one is big. It’s the pulse check. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but if the answer is consistently no, that’s a sign it’s time to make some changes.

These 10 questions have helped me move through my week with intentionality instead of urgency. If they resonate with you, give them a try this Sunday. You might be surprised how much clarity, direction, and peace they bring.
